To install into the Arduino environment, please extract
this package into %arduino%/hardware/libraries/

Protothreads is now available via menu
Sketch -> Import Library -> Protothreads

Example(s) is available via menu 
File -> Sketchbook -> Examples -> Library-Protothreads
