Admar Schoonen 286572bfa5 Fix issues in schematic and pcb 
* swapped resistors in 3v3 regulator to fix issue that output was too low
* made 10 K pull up resistors on EN and BOOT lines not optional to fix issue that firmware upload via USB requires pressing BOOT button
* changed value of resistor for phototransistor from 10 K to 100 K to fix issue that sensor is not sensitive enough
